PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, or check drawn on U.S. bank in U.S. funds.
Radon Supplies reserves the right to revoke credit, place account on C.O.D. or prepay at any time.
We will extend net 30 terms if secured with credit card. If payment is not received in 30 days,
your card will be charged.
Past due balances are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2% per month. Any account placed for collection will have collection costs added to the balance due. Prices, specifications and conditions are subject to change without written notice.
Orders placed online are with credit card only. Net 30 terms do not apply
SALES TAX:
If your order ships to a New Jersey location your total will include the 7% sales tax on the merchandise ordered and the shipping charge as required by law.
LEAD TIME:
Orders received by 1:00 PM (EST) for in-stock items will ship same day via UPS.
Lead times for custom made products and special order items may vary, contact us for more information.
SHIPPING:
You will see your shipping charges during the check out process once you choose yourShipping method. You will not see your shipping charges if your order contains oversized Packages.

OVERSIZED PACKAGES:
UPS considers some of the products that we sell oversized packages. If your order contains oversized packages you will see the following message: In order to provide you with the correct shipping amount we cannot calculate oversized packages online. Please continue with placing your order and we will contact you for approval of the shipping charges before processing your order.
RETURN POLICY:
Contact customer service for return authorization. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Freight on returns must be prepaid. If the return is a result of our error, call tags will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable on returns that are not Radon Supplies error.
No returns accepted on custom-made products.
