Payment Terms:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, or checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. Radon Supplies reserves the right to revoke credit, place account on C.O.D. or request prepay at any time.
We will extend Net 30 terms if secured with credit card. If payment is not received in 30 days, your card will be charged. Past due balances are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. Any account placed for collection will have collection costs added to the balance due. Prices, specifications and conditions are subject to change without written notice.
Custom products require a 50% deposit at time of order placement. Custom products are not returnable.
Sales Tax
If your order ships to a New Jersey location your total will include NJ sales tax on the merchandise ordered and the shipping charge as required by law.
Lead Time:
Orders received by 12:00 pm (EST) for in-stock items will ship the same day via USPS, UPS or FedEx, or may be picked up during business hours. Palletized shipments require a one-day lead time. Lead times for custom-made products and special order items may vary; contact Customer Service for more information.
Shipping
Due to the variation in number of boxes, box size and weight of each shipment, we can not accurately show the actual shipping charges at time of checkout. We will add the actual PUBLISHED UPS RATE to your shipment when we ship it. We only charge UPS published rates. We never add handling or any other fees to your order. If you must know the shipping cost ahead of time, please contact customer service at 888-800-5955 or email sales@radonsupplies.com and we will let you know the UPS charge before it ships.
Return Policy
Contact Customer Service for return authorization. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returned items must be prepaid by the customer; if the return is a result of our error, call tags will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on returns that are not Radon Supplies' error.
No returns accepted on custom-made products.
